Essential Oils That Help With PTSD

On my healing path, I have found several essential oils that help with anxiety, depression, and helps me to get sleep. This is the list of essential oils that I use.

  1.  Lavender
  2. Eucalyptus
  3. Calm body, Calm mind
  4. Good Night
  5. Sandalwood
  6. Cedar-wood
  7. Chill Pill
  8. Spearmint (diffused and one drop put in glass of 8 oz of water) Do Terra
  9. Sweet orange
  10. Peppermint
